Jeremy Corbyn supporters ask Tony Blair if they can have heart transplants done privately

Supporters of left-wing Labour leadership hopeful Jeremy Corbyn have asked Tony Blair if they can have heart transplants done privately. It comes after the former Prime Minister said that Labour supporters planning on voting for Corbyn were being led by the heart and needed a transplant.

Corbyn supporter Dave Ramsbottom from Manchester said, “Given Tony Blair’s rejection of left-wing politics and adoption of neo-liberal free market economics when he was in power, we’re pretty certain he’ll agree that the private sector should step in and give us heart transplants, rather than us getting them done on an anachronistic state institution like the NHS.”

It is thought only three Corbyn supporters intend to follow Blair’s advice.
